Xiaomi has been prompt when it comes to updating their Mi TV lineup, and now the company has launched a new Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition. The Youth Edition is priced at 1699 Yuan ($270), and it does cut a few corners here and there as opposed to the Mi TV 4A.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition comes with an FHD panel and a refresh rate of 60GHz. The display offers viewing angles of 178-degrees while the entire setup weighs at 7.58kgs. That apart, the Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition borrows the same quad-core 64-bit Amlogic T962 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The only difference is that the “Youth Edition” comes equipped with 1GB of DDR4 RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
That apart the Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition offers the PatchWall OS and AI voice control which will allow users to change channels using voice commands. The PatchWall is known for adapting itself with prolonged usage and also comes with a dedicated button to activate voice commands on the remote control. The TV also supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision format. Connectivity options on the Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition include a dual-band WiFi, USB ports, HDMI port and Bluetooth 4.2. Thanks to the inclusion of Bluetooth users can plug in accessories like keyboard, mouse and a wireless gaming controller.
Like always, the Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition will first be offered in China starting from May 4. In the recent past, Xiaomi has been pretty diligent when it comes to releasing the products in India, and we hope that they will do the same with the Mi TV 4A (43-inch) Youth Edition. Meanwhile, you can always import the Mi TV or any China exclusive products via an array of retailer options.
