The Bachelorette is the female answer to ABC’s hit series The Bachelor. The Bachelorette follows one eligible lady and the men who are looking for her love. Will The Bachelorette find love, or will she leave empty-handed?
The season 5 of this popular reality TV show will premiere this May 18th (monday) on ABC (9pm-11pm ET) and will have Jillian Harris, who was booted unceremoniously after nearly making out with Bachelor/professional moron Jason Mesnick in a hot tub last season. She will now have 30 men who will be emasculating themselves on television in her honor. Tensions mount and sparks fly as the bachelors vie for the first impression rose. Finally, Jillian must eliminate ten of the 30 men, leaving 20 to compete for her affections and, in the end, her heart.
I started watching The Bachelorette last season when DeAnna Pappas was the bachelorette and courted 25 men. In the season finale, DeAnna chose Jesse Csincsak over Jason Mesnick.
