It’s been more than 6 months since we came up with the first part of Free Android Apps. About that time we were only talking about how Android has managed to compete with Nokia’s Symbian OS and Microsoft’s Windows Mobile OS. Half an year down the line, Android has finally managed to kick some dust and ready to take on iPhone OS with some kick-ass features in its brand new Froyo release.

    I can suggest Mapdroyd, wich a free offline map software: you can download the map you need on your sd card, and browse it when you want.
